October 1st ,Room available in the heart of Astoria (30 ave and 37th street) 10 min to Manhattan. Room is in a very specious, full of light in 3 bedroom apartment .The apartment is on the 1st floor in a private house.The room has 2 windows and wall closet( room is not furnished but there is avalibility getting furnitures from previous roomate which are in a perfect condition and only been used for a 5 months). We share large kitchen and living room. Must see it. Great neighborhood!Close to supermarkets & all kind off shopping ,restaurants, bars , laundries, coffees, gyms. Just few blocks away from subway N,W and R,M. 10 min commute to Manhattan !!!Very nice, quiet and safe area.Looking for a professional ,responsible ,respectful ,non-smoker , clean and easy going female (sorry no couples) with no pets. Must be able to pay bills on time and must be able to keep the apartment and own room clean, etc.Bedrooms are 1200 + deposit (rent included water ,internet). We share electric bills (which is around 30 + depending from the season)and cleaning..Thank you
