Subletting a spacious room in Astoria!

I'm looking to sublet my room from November 6 - March 25 at $50 a day. Longer stays will be cheaper and priced at $1,250 a month. All utilities such as wifi and electricity will be included. You'll be staying in the masters room of a two bedroom apartment. The room is very spacious with lots of sunlight and a full-sized bed. You will also be living with my Japanese roommate who is a college student that is very respectful, clean and welcoming.

We live in the heart of Astoria, a great neighbourhood that is diverse and surrounded by many amazing restaurants, bookstores and cafes. It's also very safe during the day and night. We live a minute away from the 30 Ave Station N/W train which will take you to Manhattan in less than 15 minutes and you can easily go to Times Square or Union Square without changing trains. We're also conveniently located near a big laundromat and four grocery stores!
