一年以上滞在すれば、家賃は$1100/月になります。今入居すれば、六月から八月まで家賃は九割引を差し上げます。＄990/月になります。
短期滞在の方には家賃を少し高くなるが、気軽く相談して下さい。

部屋は12畳ぐらいで、簡単な家具を提供できます。
バスルームは専用です。
親子やカップルは十分住めます。
光熱費は他のルームメイト二人とシェアします。
静かな環境で、住みやすいです。

There is a 3 bed room apt on our first floor. We're renting main bed room from now.
The location is in Queens, between Woodside and Jackson Hts.
There are 5 subway lines nearby, so it is the most convenient place in Queens.

The room is furnitured. It's big enough for a couple staying.
The rent will be $990/month from Jun to Aug, after Aug it will be $110/month for over 1 year, long term staying.
