$$$: $650 including heat and water. Utilities are shared with 2 other female roommates, usually around $50-$70 per month.

Room: This is a lightly furnished bedroom in a 3 bd apartment. It gets plenty of morning sun and has view of trees. Furnitures are left by a previous roommate, but you can bring your own furniture if you like. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Apartment: Located in Bensonhurst. It is a block and a half, about 6 minutes walking distance, from the D train 79th St stop. And the N train 18th Ave stop is nearby as well.

Right at the corner is the B4, B8 bus stop. Laundromat, restaurants and shops are on 18th ave.

We are looking for a female who is clean and tidy. Preferably someone who likes the apartment to be a quiet home environment.
