This is a great location and great transportations around, I min from the station
☆ Q,B Line: 2 stations to Downtown Brooklyn where all the trains connected even go to Long Island and a shopping mall with Target. 4 stations to Canal (Manhattan)
☆ S Line: 1 station to "2, 3, & 4, 5" train, 3 stations to "A, C" train.
☆ "B41" bus stop is right around conner to go to downtown Brooklyn.

Usually, It's not many openings in this area and getting very popular. Recently a big grocery store opened right next to the station. It looks very nice and beautiful. It's walking distance to Prospect Park, running track, beautiful pound, Music concert place, Botanic Japanese Garden, Zoo, gym and many many restaurants & bars, even one bar on our street, so you can go downstairs to have some drinks.

The apartment is huge and the room is pretty big size with furniture. Our apartment is on the 4th floor and very clean, all hardwood and I'm living 3-bed rooms with 2 roommates. Laundry is in the basement.
We also have everything for kitchen stuff to cook, so you don't have to worry about anything. If
you have your own stuff very welcome !!!

I'm a halfway retired Japanese female. I’m pretty much being home in the evening, so I'm watching over everything. I’m a very responsible and super clean person. I clean everywhere except your room, so you will be responsible for your own. You don't have to buy any living stuffs except for yourself.

Our apartment is very close to train track, so if you are a very sensitive person about sound this place is not for you but I'm always watching news or cartoon on Youtube things even all night long but the train sound won't bather me much so as my other roommates.
