🚩 Date: The room is available from 8/1, and the new lease will be started from 8/15.
🚩 Rent: $967/month (Utilities such as wifi, electricity, water, garbage all included!!), 1 month deposit + the rent of first month up front.
🚩 Location: Astoria 11106, 6 mins walking distance to Broadway Station or Buses (Q104, Q102, Q69, Q100, Q66), N/W trains 20 mins to midtown (Times Square, Korea Town) and transfer to F/E/R/M

This is a 2-floor house, we are on the 2nd floor and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. We create a warm living room to enjoy our time and relax, and the location is so convenient that we are surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores or supermarkets. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, twin-sized bed, cabinets, and a small closet.) You will be living with 2 young professionals, we hope to live with someone who is organized, responsible, and respectable to live with.
