The well-kept apartment (fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room) is shared with quiet and considerate 2 roommates who work professionally. The room is available immediately. And the price is $1050. Price is inclusive of utilities (water, Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, A/C, etc.). The room has one large window and a big closet. Laundry is always accessible in the basement.
