12x16ft Large room. Not furnished.

Hi,

I have a Huge Unfurnished Room (12ft x 16 ft) (bed / closet) with two windows. There are grocery stores, parks, bars, and the L, G, J, M, Z, are all with in a 5-10 minute walk. Basically, the location and size of the room and price are awesome. The short-comings is it's an old building and the walls and floors are not new.

The room is big enough to have a full size bed and living room/ art area.

Here are the details.
There are a total of 4 rooms. 3 of the rooms are currently rented by young professional gentlemen. 1 room is available.
There is a kitchen and bathroom.
There is no common area.

When we get home from work we appreciate our privacy.
We are looking to add a 4th tenant who is respectful and clean. This isn't a party house or a flop house.

The rent is inexpensive b/c the building is old and has issues from time to time.
