We are looking for someone to sublease our apartment from December 16th to January 10th. The apartment is a studio on the 21st floor with huge floor to ceiling windows that provides lots of natural light. The building is located near the A, C, R, F, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, and Q trains. It has many free amenities including:

- Two resident lounges (one on the 4th floor and one rooftop on the 51st floor) with outdoor space
- BBQ grills in outdoor space in both lounges
- Laundry room on 4th floor
- Gym (upon reservations & COVID questionnaire)
