Fantastic studio renting at Upper East Side. I love my place but have to relocate out of new york for my work and need someone to take over my lease. You can renew the lease at your wish too as of November.
There is East river park within 3 min and a soccer field in front of the apartment, where you can use for running, exercising, Yoga, which is super beneficial at this work from home environment.

(Floor) second floor
(Kitchen) New kitchen with new appliances (dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven). There are a lot of storage space for food and other items.
(Bathroom) Newly renovated. A regular comfy bathroom space and it is clean.
Separation between a room and kitchen
(Monthly rent) $1,700.
(Station) 5min to 86st Q station, 5min to east river park
(Sub-leasing period) Starting from June 1st/ mid June/ July to the end of October.
Lease term is until the end of October. If you like living, which you most likely will, you can take over the lease. If you do not wish so, you can move out, so you can test out living in UES with this studio for around four months.
(Furniture) I am selling out furniture before moving out. You can have a bed frame and mattress/ couch/ height adjustable work desk etc at discount price after the rent is finalized.
(Laundry) Not on site. Laundromat within a block
(Payment) - I will ask the first and last month rent for finalizing the renting. Deepening on credit history and salary, the security deposit for one month rent is required.
