I’m looking for a quiet, clean and nice woman roommate. Please see the information on the room below.

--- Large, sunny, and clean private room with two windows.

--- Closet and furnitures with drawer, desk and chair, twin size bed frame, Mirror, two small tables in the room.

--- Around 3 minutes to subway 46 St station or Steinway St station (R and M line) and 15 minutes to Manhattan.

--- Very convenient: Many restaurants, groceries, banks, and laundromats right near a house.

--- Quiet, clean and nice neighbors

--- No pet, No Smoking, No Men (Sorry!), No loud music.

If you can bring your own mattress (twin size), it’s possible to move in immediately. If you can’t, you can move in when the mattress is delivered. (I need to order a new one)

The room is good for the one who don’t use the kitchen and the bathroom frequently because the room is surely nice but it is a little inconvenient to go there. The house structure is unique.
