Roommate - couples welcome :) - wanted for ４-month sublet, beginning June. 1st, 2021 - Sep. 30th, 2021 in Bushwick, Brooklyn (Wilson & Suydam) Perfect location for a dog owner! Pets Ok!

The apt: 3-bedroom (divide by two levels). 2 rooms on upper level and one below. Third room (upper level) is used as “longue,” storage, exercise area and access to shared backyard.

Full kitchen, with dishwasher, small dining space, living room and 1 full bathroom. All on upper level.

The room: Upper level room with closet and two windows in a 3 bedroom apartment. Room will fit a queen size bed and some furniture. You will essentially have the upper level to yourself :)

About you: Professional, clean, responsible. Must clean up after yourself and keep apartment tidy. This is a comfortable environment, feel free to occasionally have guests over but an overall respect for the space and neighbors are a must. Please don’t bring the party home.

Close to L, M trains (M-7 min walk, L-9 min walk) & B38 B60 buses
5 mins to Maria Hernandez Park
2 laundry mats across the street, 2 markets within 5 min walk, many bars, restaurants and delis mins away
