--- Closet and furnitures with drawer, desk and chair, twin size matress, and Mirror in the room.

--- Around 3 minutes to subway 46 St station or Steinway St station (R and M line) and 15 minutes to Manhattan.

--- Very convenient: Many restaurants, groceries, banks, and laundromats right near a house.

--- Quiet, clean and nice neighbors

--- No pet, No Smoking, No Men (Sorry!), No loud music.

It's a little inconvenient to go to Kitchen and bathroom but the room is really nice! So it would be great for one who don't use the ketchin everyday.
