Room with balcony

Hello everyone,

My friend and I lease a place and we are looking for a 3rd person to fill in a cozy unfurnished bedroom with a big private balcony in Ditmars Astoria (last stop of N,W train). The person who’s supposed to move in with us back out, so we need someone to fill the space ASAP.

This room can fit a twin sized bed and someone who doesn’t have a lot of belongings with them. No room closet, but we do have a full sized closet in the living room all for yourself. Bathroom would be shared with one of the roommate.

Roommate are both females in their 20s and 30s.

-no smoking & no drugs & no party
-quiet, respectful, and CLEAN
-we love pets, but our landlord doesn’t allow pets. No pets allowed.

Monthly Rent: $700
Deposit: $700
(Utilities and WiFi are not included)

You can move in immediately.
