• Around 3 minutes to subway 46 St station or Steinway St station (R and M line) and 10 minutes to Manhattan.

• Very convenient: Many restaurants, groceries, banks, and laundromats right near a house.

• Quiet, clean and nice neighbors

• No pet, No Smoking, No Men (Sorry!), No loud music.

It's a little inconvenient to go to Kitchen but the room is really nice! So it would be great for one who doesn't use the kitchen frequently and everyday.
