Living room has a sectional with 65" TV, and standing desk. Kitchen has pretty much everything except a dishwasher. There is an extra twin bed in the foyer. Card laundry available inside building. If you're sensitive to noise, please note there is construction going on facing the living room. It hasn't bothered me except can be disturbing if you work from home and are on a call. Otherwise, you can set up a small table in the bedroom if you want.

Building is located near the Broadway N/W stop and restaurants/supermarkets.

$2,800 per month w/ a $500 security deposit (non-negotiable). Priority will be given to those who can rent both months.
