3BR Looking for a roommate in Manhattan

Must be ok living with a cat! Long-term only.
Location: Harlem, 5 blocks north of Central Park
Steps away from the 2/3. 15 Min ride to midtown!!!
Short walk to C/B/6 trains
NY Public Library, USPS, Fedex, Whole foods, CVS - all walking distance!
Costco, Target, Trader Joe's - ~8min bus/subway ride
Apartment: 3 bdr, 1.5 bath
Laundry in building!!
Elevator (we're on the 2nd fl)
Move-in date: July 1st (Open to June 21st earliest)
Rent: 1,250 (+ 1,000 deposit)
Utilities: around $50 total (electric and Verizon) - depending on the season. Plus any shared household costs (cleaning supplies, TP, etc..)
The Room: Has a tall window that allows for nice sunlight to come in. It can fit a queen-sized bed comfortably, plus additional furniture (check the furnished pic), also has a built-in closet. The room is very quiet.
You'll also be sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom (half bathroom in pics), as well as a coat closet (for additional storage) situated out in the hallway with only one of the roommates.
Shared spaces include a huge living room, and an even bigger kitchen. You must be ok living with a cat. She's not allowed in your room, but she's free to roam the apartment.
Roommates: 2 girls. One is an NYU Grad school student, and the other is a recent college grad working in nonprofit (education). We're quiet, but also like forming a friendly relationship between roomies. We're looking for someone quiet, respectful and clean!!
Room is unfurnished, but I'm including a few pictures with the ex-roomie's furniture for a better idea.
