基本的な調理器具も揃っているので自由に使って頂けます。

ロケーションはAstoriaのBroadway station (N,W train)から歩いて７分ほどの距離で３階建アパートの３階 (walk-up) になります。マンハッタンに行くにはとても便利です。

近所には24/7 openのgrocery stores, Rite aid, Chase bank, Laundromat, and Post office, 日本の食品が買えるgrocery store(Family Market) がすぐ近くにあり不便に感じることもなく、人通りも多いので安全です。
バー、レストラン、カフェも歩いて行ける距離にたくさんあります。


ルームメートは３０代韓国人女性（ナース）と３０代の日本人女性（学生）、二人ともきれい好きで、仲良く静かに暮らしています。
フレンドリーで、常識があり、お部屋と共同スペースをきれいに使ってくれるルームメートを探しています。

One bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is available from August 1st.

The location is in Astoria, 7 min walk from Broadway station (N/W train). It’s a great location to Manhattan (15min), and plenty of restaurants and bars around the apartment.
Looking for a responsible, clean, friendly working or student person.
We’re all clean, friendly, a Japanese woman (student) and a Korean woman (nurse) in our 30s, who mostly keep to themselves.

[Room]
· The room is big with a huge closet and a window.

· Rent: $1100 a month plus utilities (we split three ways, usually around $50, but depends on the season) and Wi-Fi internet ($15).

· Deposit: $1100 (Return it when you move out the apartment)

· Unfurnished room. (You can buy a bedframe, mattress, desk, and chair, etc, for $150 from the current roommate who is moving out. It’s negotiable.)

[The neighborhood]
There are 24/7 grocery stores, Rite aid, Chase bank, Laundromat, Japanese grocery store and Post office across the street. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.

Common spaces are a large living room with high ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony in the living room.
You will share a bathroom with one person.
