$1,208 / 3br - Two Rooms next to Prospect Park
Hello,
2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the border of Park Slope and Windsor Terrace available starting October 1st. If interested and we're a good fit, you will need to submit an application to the landlord and sign a 1 year lease in order to move in plus pay first month + security deposit (1 month's rent).
Location:
The apartment is located off of 16th Street & Prospect Park West, so it is just a block from the entrance of Prospect Park. The neighborhood is very charming with plenty of restaurants, markets, quaint streets, and amenities. On Sundays, there is farmer's market at Bartell Pritchard Sq (1 block). Nitehawk Cinemas is just around the corner. Free street parking available for those with cars. Easy commuting.
Subway:
The 15th Street F/G Subway Station is immediately across the street from the apartment, so it is very convenient when weather is bad. There is no washer / dryer in the unit, but there is a laundromat just 1 block away. It is about 25 mins to downtown Manhattan on the F line or 20 mins to Williamsburg on the G.
Apartment:
A quiet and well maintained, brick walk-up on the second floor of a three unit building with a renovated kitchen and modern appliances (has dishwasher). Neighbors are nice and overall the building is very easy to live in. Carpeted stairwell, so there is little noise. The unit takes up the whole floor, but the available room faces the backyard.
