ブローカーを通さずに直接大家さんから借りたいそうです。

Hello, I’m looking for a 2 or 3BR apartment in woodside or along the subway in queens. My co-signer and I make a combined income of 120K. His credit score is 809. Mine is currently 795: it’s been between 750-800 for 20 years. I have no debt and 30K in the bank. I work for the department of education and have a photography business. He works in IT. I have an excellent reference from a New York City landlord currently in queens. I’m clean, kind, responsible, and I always pay rent on time.

The apartment must have good light, a big livingroom, and at least medium sized bedrooms. I’d also really like a balcony, garden, or some outdoor space I could grow flowers and plants.
