One room open for summer sublet (6/24- 8/20/23) - weekly or monthly OK, minimum 7 days

Location: Astoria (11106), Queens, 3 minute walk to N/W Broadway ( 4 stops to Midtown - Lex/59 st ), or 6 minute walk to R/M Steinway. Great area with lot of restaurants, supermarkets, FamilyMart, H Mart, cafe & pharmacy

Rent: $60/per day. Deposit is 10% of total rent, will be return upon check-out if nothing damaged in the house. One person only

About the apartment: 2 rooms, one shared bathroom, sharing home with one Taiwanese female roommate in her 20s, graphic designer, respectful, friendly and clean, would like to find someone who can be tidy and communicative.
