Share kitchen and own shower room. The room has two big windows. Looking for someone responsible, CLEAN, and non-smoker(not inside). No loud music after 10:00 PM. Guests and pets are NOT allowed. Price includes utilities and wifi ( exclude A/C for the summer ).
