Looking for One Female Roommate in 3BR Apartment

The apartment is located in Astoria, Queens only about 4mins walk away from 36th Ave station by the N/W line and 6mins from 36th St station by the M/R. There’re Key Food, a couple of laundromats, and cool restaurants and bars nearby and it’s very convenient to commute to Manhattan and Brooklyn depending on the area.
The apartment is a fourth floor walk-up in a four story building and you’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living room with two female roommates including me. Following is some info on the available room.

- $850 per month plus utility, wifi, and shared items
- about 8 x 10 (80 sqft)
- has a decent size of a window
- unfurnished (discussible)
*we have two other closets to share but it’ll be suitable for someone with A FEW BELONGINGS

Here’re some of the details we ask the third roommate for.

- clean
- never miss paying the rent in time
- respectful of the roommates
- not WFH (full time)
- no pets

We’d like to make a comfortable, drama/trouble free environment but someone friendly and could chat every once in a while would be nice!
