当方、短期（3ヶ月）でも長期（1年）でもレンタル可能です。
最寄駅は、ブルックリンのQトレイン（Avenue U）になります。
個室とバスルームは専用で、キッチンとリビングルームは共用になります。
光熱費は含まれており、家賃は月額1200ドルです。
私はとてもフレンドリーな性格です。
整理整頓がきちんとできて、綺麗好きで、敬意を持った言動のできる方を希望します。

Hello! I am looking for a roommate preferably female. This person can rent for short term (3 months) or long term (1 year). My place is in Brooklyn (Avenue U) by the Q train. The roommate will have their own room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living room. Utilities are included and rent will be $1200 per month. Also, I don't speak Japanese.
