光熱費込み（high speed Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, heat)
ランドリーもすぐ近くにあります。
基本的な家具は揃っています。（クイーンサイズベット、５０インチテレビ、ソファ、アップルTV、ブルーレイDVDプレーヤー、テーブル、ヘアードライヤーなどなど）

＊このアパートは３階にあり、シェアではないのでのんびりゆっくりできるとおもいます。道をまたいですぐの所ににターゲット、大型ショッピングモール、デリなどあるのでとても便利です。
＊マンハッタンまでは２０分ほど、アジア人の多いエリアなので、夜でも安心して出歩けます。
＊観光などで、費用を抑えたいけど、プライバシーも重視したい方おすすめです。カップルや友達同士でのステイも大丈夫です。

This studio is situated on the top floor and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Target is right across the street and right down the block you will find Queens Center Mall. Everything you need is in walking distance. The Grand Avenue train station is super close and its only a quick 20 minute ride to Manhattan!!

This studio comes fully furnished with a Queen size bed, 50in HDTV, Apple TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, pull-out sofa, table and chair set, full length mirrors, blow-dryer and many more.

No smoking and no parties please.
