Roommate wanted for single person female only

I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment. It is only 1 min walk to the E, F, R, M and 7 trains from Jackson Heights Station. The floor is hardwood and the room has a bright, sunny view and 2 big windows. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The rent is $1150 per month, split electric and gas bill. One month rent and a month’s security deposit are required.
