Roommate wanted for female only

Hi, I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment. It is just 1 min walk from Jackson Heights Station. The floor is hardwood and the room has a bright, sunny view and 2 big windows. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The rent is $1200 per month, split electric, gas bill and internet. One month rent and a month’s security deposit are required.

I would like my roommate to be responsible, clean and respectful, pay the rent in a timely manner and works outside the home. A non-smoker. No pets. Available beginning of June 1st.
