*3月24日から6月30日までの期間に、最短4泊（4泊未満の場合は追加料金）、最長21泊までの短期滞在が可能です。(*4月3日～11日はご利用いただけません)

*1泊75ドル: 3/24～5/21
*1泊80ドル: 5/22～6/30
*料金には、ニューヨーク近代美術館への無制限の無料入場（MoMA - 入場料 30 ドル相当）と、トレーダー ジョーのミニ トート バッグのウェルカム ギフトが含まれます。
50ドルのデポジットが必要。デポジットは、お部屋の損傷を確認後、ご出発前に返金いたします。

部屋は1名のみ宿泊可能です（女性のみ、私も女性です）。

2ベッドルームアパートの鍵付きプライベートルームを利用できます（私は別の部屋に滞在します）。

共有エリアはバスルームと廊下のみです（写真参照）。

キッチンは使えませんが、部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあります。

マンハッタンのアッパーウエストサイド、ウェストエンドアベニュー近くの下90丁目に位置しています。

急行列車でタイムズスクエアまで10分、セントラルパークまで徒歩10分、リバーサイドパークは目の前です。

トレーダー・ジョーズ、ホールフーズ、ターゲット、Hマート、ハシマーケット、レストラン、24時間営業のスーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア、銀行などまで徒歩5分です。

バス停およびローカル・エクスプレス電車（1,2,3, B, C）の駅までは徒歩5〜10分です 96番街停留所にて

私のアパートはエレベーター付きの建物内にあります。部屋にはクイーンサイズのベッド、洋服ラック、収納スペース、デスクがあります。共用の鍵付きバスルームにはシャワー、バスタブ、窓があります。シーツ、タオル、バスアメニティもご用意しています。共用ランドリールームは地下にあり、コインランドリーを利用できます。光熱費とWi-Fiは含まれています。

禁煙、ペット禁止、宿泊客の持ち込みは禁止です。

*$80/night: 5/22 - 6/30
*Rate includes unlimited free admission to Museum of Modern Art (MoMA -$30/entry value), and Trader Joe's mini tote bag welcome gift.
-$50 deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded before your departure after checking the room for damanges.

-The room can only accommodate 1 person (Females only; I'm also female)

-You will have your own private lockable bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment (I stay in the other separate bedroom)

-We share only the bathroom and hallway (see pictures)

-There is no kitchen access but there is a mini-fridge and microwave in your room

-Located in the lower West 90s near West End Avenue in the residential Upper West Side of Manhattan

-10 minutes by express train to Times Square, 10 minute walk to Central Park and across the street from Riverside Park.

-5 minutes walk to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, HMart, Hashi Market, restaurants, 24 hour supermarkets, drugstores, banks etc.

-5 - 10 minutes walk to buses and local and express trains: 1,2,3, B, C at 96th Street stop

My apartment is in an elevator building. The room has a queen-size bed, clothing rack, storage space and desk. Shared lockable bathroom has a shower, tub and window. Sheets, towels, and toiletries are provided. Shared laundry room is in the basement (coin-operated). Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
