Room for rent in a house in Woodside, Queens. Very close to subway train 7 express (fast commute to Grand Central Manhattan) and LIRR. Landlord is Chinese so she doesn't speak Japanese. Room is on the 1st floor, share with another roommate on 1st floor (he's not home most of the time). 2nd floor is 3 male roommates. There's a bathroom on first and second floor to share. Kitchen on first floor. I will be moving around the 22nd of this month so room is available after. Summer time is an extra $50 if you use a/c.
