Masanori Minami lost both his arms by an accident. At the age of 14, he made a visit to Junkyo Ooish, a nun, who had no arms, too. She lost her arms at the age of 17, in an incident. And then training was started under Junkyo filled with deep love. Masanori learned from Junkyo’s way of living passionately without arms. Now he is a painter. Such a figure gives many people hope. He is Junkyo's last apprentice. He is actually living his life of ‘KAFUKU ICHINYO’, which means that your life can be full of happiness or unhappiness depending upon your own mental attitude.
＊Due to the air conditioning, it will be cool in the studio you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
＊The screening will be recorded and televised at a later date.
＊The documentary film will have English subtitles. In addition, the Director’s talk and Q&A session will have English interpreter.

少年時代に事故で両手を失い、絶望の淵にあった南正文少年を救ったのは同じく事件で両手を失った大石順教尼だったー。日本画家、南正文さんと順教尼の生き様から奥に流れる力を描き出します。心の持ち方で幸せにも不幸にもなる。そんな命の大切さを教えてくれる映画です。
＊会場はテレビスタジオです。スタジオ内は、肌寒くなりますので、一枚多く羽織れるものをご持参されることをおすすめします。
＊映画の上映から監督の講演、質疑応答は後日テレビ番組放送用に収録します。撮影をご希望でない方は予めお申し出ください。
＊映画は日本語音声、英語の字幕があります。監督の挨拶、質疑応答も通訳をつけますので、どなたでも楽しめます。
