Bilingual Japanese and English International Sales
Looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the sales team and Managing Director. This role is based out of NYC and would be suited for someone who is detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, and able to wear many hats at once. This role is a combination of providing administrative support to our sales team, while also taking on some Executive Assistant duties, as well.
Manage detailed calendar arrangements, coordinate and set up conference calls, and schedule management meetings across multiple time zones
Daily communications with Japanese distributor and liaise with appropriate departments to answer specific inquiries and keep projects on timeline
Coordinate international and domestic travel including visas, flights, hotels, dining, and ground transportation
Coordinate team events, customer events, and meetings
Ad hoc expense management and basic bookkeeping
Administer any additional support for ad hoc projects presented by the sales team
Work closely with marketing specialist to assist on any projects
Update and maintain master sales spreadsheet with global numbers
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting a sales team and/or an Executive
Proficient in Excel
Able to juggle multiple projects at once
Bilingual Japanese and English
