In 1967,Yukihiro Kaneko,founder,opened 1st SANPOU Group restaurant in Niigata,Japan.
SANPOU Group currently operates a total of 48 ramen specialty restaurants successfully in Japan(46),Singapore(7) and Vancouver(1).
■CORE CONCEPT
SANPOUTEI is authentic but also new ramen concept. It is “authentic” because of its 40 years plus history of perfecting ramen making.
SANPOUTEI is “new” because it features in perfect form Shoyu-based ramen, the most popular soup broth in Japan, while overseas competitors focus on “Tonkotsu”.
SANPOUTEI delivers Japanese passion and continues to serve specialty ramen loved by all.

Required: Two to five years of restaurant management experience working in a high volume full service concept.
