Kitchen Manager, Sushi Chef, and Line Cook
Our restaurants are looking for an experienced kitchen staff with at least 3-5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate is experienced, a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff
-Prepare SUSHI & Japanese foods to customer preferences
-Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the team
-Train and develop cooks as needed
Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team
-Relevant food safety and handling certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant
