Busy fast casual restaurant looking for an experienced line-cook/chef
Job Functions:
Large quantity production for lunch/dinner service, mainly with griddle and steamer.
Maintain your station on a daily basis
Execute your mise en place in a timely, orderly fashion
Requirements:
Hard-working, fast, attention to details
Some experience in a comparable kitchen position
Great cooking technique and the ability to share your knowledge with the team
Ability to share discourse as well as follow direction
Excellent professional appearance, time management skills, strong communicator and positive attitude
Experience in high volume environment
Ability to communicate well and maintain a positive interpersonal relations with co-workers and guests
Eager to be a part of an open, nurturing and creative management team
Compensation & Benefits:
