キッチンマネージャー/ヘッドシェフ

【業務内容】
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for kitchen cleanliness, ensuring that we meet and exceed the standards of the Health Department.
Also will be responsible for maintaining recipe cards that are already in place. In addition, during Dinner service you will have to assist in all areas of the kitchen, sauté, grill, salad, fry and sushi station.

-3~4年のキッチン経験
