Mon. – Fri. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location
New York, Midtown
Operation
1) Technical Support for PCs, printers and tablet/smart phones, etc.
o Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software.
o Technical Operation Support in both Japanese/English.
o Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email in both Japanese/English.
2) Documentation for technical support
o User manuals (English/Japanese).
o FAQ.
o User announcement, etc. (English/Japanese).
2. Required experience/knowledge
1) 3 years of experience in IT technical support.
2) Knowledge in Windows10.
3) Knowledge in Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
4) Knowledge in MDM and its operation. (Preferred experience.)
5) Knowledge in Antivirus software and its operation for corporate use (Symantec, etc.)
6) Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking.
7) Documentation using MS Word and Powerpoint, and Excel.
8) Experience in use of ticket systems.
Salary: 50K-70K DOE and Benefit available
