日系のレストランにてオペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。

【Position】
General Operations Manager

【Position Samarry】
Operations Manager is in charge of the daily operational practices of restaurant(s). Responsible for making sure it runs smoothly, efficiently and meets any budget and sales goals, in addition to curating marketing campaigns and promotions.

【Work hour】
40 to 45hr/week , 5~6 days(Monday-Sunday)/week

【Starting date】asap

【Salary&Benefit】
・$40-60K(DOE) + Health Insurances/Paid Vacation/Sick Hours/401k

【Qualification】
・Flexibility of the schedule
・Must have restaurant experience and 2-3 yrs supervise experience.
・Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google sheet, Google Document
・Conversaton level of Japanese is plus but not required. (no need writing and reading skills)
・Knowledge of P&L, POS: Strong financial insight with budgeting and forecasting experience.
・Have food handlers certificate(or willing to get if hired)
