Prep Cook/Kitchen Helper

Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience with 14 seats in the heart of the East Village. We will offer a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. we are seeking dedicated and hard-working kitchen staff with a passion to learn and excel in this industry to be a part of our opening team.

As a small intimate space with a semi-open kitchen, applicants should feel comfortable working in front of guests and closely with their colleagues. Experience with Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required. Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and high standard of work ethic is a must. Hourly pay based on experience. Must have legal working status.
