Responsibilities and Duties
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and act in a friendly manner towards customers and employees.
Work efficiently in a team environment to achieve the restaurant's operational objectives.
Meet restaurant financial objectives.
Must have the ability to quickly adjust to the restaurant's operations and communications with BOH.
Supervise and monitor daily operations of employees.
Must be able to work in a safe and clean manner at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be eligible to work. (Must have a work visa)
Must have a Food Handler's Certificate in NYC.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Restaurant Industry. (Japanese Restaurant Industry is a BIGplus)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Management.
Must be fluent in English, knowledgeable and speaking in Japanese is a BIGplus!
Flexible, energetic, and motivated individual that could work in a team environment.
Effective communication, customer service, people management, and conflict resolving skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and energetic.

Work Hour
About 45 hours to 52 hours a week from Monday to Friday
※New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanks Givings, Day are holiday off.
