Through its network of partnerships in design and manufacturing, the company is able to serve some of the largest fashion company in the world. We have an immediate opening for an entry level Sample Room Assistant to be responsible for:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performing general office duties (answering phones, handling correspondence, packages, shipping, document management, filing, etc.)
Assisting Product Development Department in various tasks as needed, including reviewing designs and photographing, organizing, packing and shipping samples
Assisting all team members in all aspects of the business as necessary
Communication between buyer and factory
Self-starter with ability to solve problems creatively, work on independent projects, as well as collaboratively with a team
Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, communication and visual skills
Maintaining cleanliness of the Sample Room at all times
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external company contacts.
Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
Positive attitude, team player, solution-oriented
Must be fluent in English. Can be Korean or Chinese bilingual, or English only.
Highly organized with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Monday to Friday (8:30- 6:00)
