Detail- and Design-Oriented Personal Assistant

Professional Gay Couple Looking for Dog-Friendly, Highly Organized, Detail- and Design-Oriented Personal Assistant (Japanese Language Skills Required)

We are a professional couple looking for a personal assistant for 20 hours per week. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented and has a great design sense. Here are some of the features of the position:
-- Flexible hours but generally M-F afternoons.
-- Some weekend work required, including evenings occasionally during events
-- 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
-- $20 per hour
-- Located in Chelsea
-- We have a small dog, so must be dog-friendly

Responsibilities Include:
-- Running errands all over town
-- Light clerical work
-- Preparing, wrapping, and delivering gifts, ordering and sending flowers
-- Planning and preparing for parties, social events, and fashion shoots
-- Shopping
-- Internet research
-- Scanning documents into PDF format

Qualifications for the job include:
-- Legally able to work in the US – this position will be paid by check and a 1099 will be issued at year’s end, not “under the table”
-- Excellent computer skills, including high degree of comfort with Internet searches, MS Word & Excel
-- Excellent writing skills. Japanese language skills required.
