Bartender at 1986 Wine Lounge

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender at Hotel Wine Lounge bar near Korean town.

Preferred minimum 2 years Bartending experience in Manhattan.

Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma preferred
minimum age requirement of 21 years
working knowledge of standard drink recipes
working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
working knowledge of bar equipment
knowledge and education in mixology an advantage
numeracy and cash-handling skills
able to work flexible schedules
able to work in a standing position for long periods
be able to reach and bend and frequently lift up to 30 pounds

Duties/Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes.
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drink
Greet, guests, take beverage orders from servers or guest
Check identification of guests to verity minimum age requirement for purchase of alcohol
Prepare inventory and purchase supplies as needed daily
Sweeping, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows as needed
Wash and sterilize glassware.
Other duties as assigned by managers
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
