【ポジション】 Import / Export Agent

【業務内容】
-Data entry (Internal system & MS office)
-Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
-Accurate and timely billing to customers.
-Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns.
-Maintaining good relationships with various vendors such as carrier, truckers, terminals, and etc.
-Minor warehouse work such as packing and labeling.

【勤務時間】
M-F 9am-5:30pm
業務の状況により残業発生の可能性あり

【給与】$39.6K　＋　Over Time
