Japanese Restaurant Seeks Dedicated Cook

Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience with 14 seats, and offers an original take on kaiseki. We are seeking dedicated and hard-working cooks with a passion to learn. As an intimate space with a semi-open kitchen, applicants should feel comfortable working in front of guests including running food. Experience in Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required. We are looking for full-time and part-time positions for Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun from 4pm-11pm. Must have legal working status.
