After-School/Saturday-Program Education Supervisor

- Oversee all aspects of classroom program planning and implementation within the guidelines of Aozora’s Educational Philosophy and developmentally appropriate practices

- Help the teachers to provide any useful resources for curriculum planning

- Conduct routine visits to all classrooms, and ensure that staff maintain clean, sanitary, and organized classroom areas, and equipment and that classrooms are arranged for optimum efficiency/usage

- Introduce and support new ideas, strategies, etc. through spending time in classrooms as needed

- Actively participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to address programming, health and safety, facilities, operations, human resources or any other concerns

- Consult frequently with the Education Director and take proactive measures to address concerns as they arise
