1. Job Description
Major purpose of the position is to understand the company's business goals and provide focused support on IIX, Internet access, IPVPN, PLC, DCNW, and IT services, including meeting with customers to understand the business needs, design or develop new services or products, and operate and maintain the services for 24 x 7. This includes the design, development, documentation, proposals/recommendations, analysis, cost comparison, testing or modification, 24 x 7 operation of computer/network systems or programs for the below services.
1) IIX Service: Internet exchange point service which allows customers to exchange their internet traffic to each other for cost saving and/or optimal routing.
2) Internet Access Service: Internet access circuit into customer site.
3) IPVPN, PLC Service: Provide network services which allow customers to communicate between customer HQ and branches.
4) DCNW: SDN service which provides In House Cabling within and between Telehouse data centers.

2. Qualification/ Requirement
1) Experience of design/development/implement/maintenance the medium scale network for more than 5 years.
2) Experience of design/development/implement/maintenance the medium scale IT system.
3) Experience of configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls of Cisc o/ Ju niper/ Extreme .
4) Experience of leading project which is required discussion with customers directly.
5) Understanding of security concept and experience of using security devices.
6) Understanding of IT server technologies like Windows OS, Linux OS, AD, DNS, NTP, RDP, logging.
7) Understanding of monitoring software like Zabbix, Solarwind s.
8) First language should be English .
9) Bachelor's degree from a college or technical school degree required.
10) Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
11) High level of accuracy and dependability are required.
12) High level of interaction with co-workers, management customers' requirement.
13) High level of motivation for new technology and share technical information with co-workers.

3. Working hours
9:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday) ,and on-call 24x7 and remote operation or dispatch when requested.
