[Responsibility / Scope]
• Safety of the employees and products
• Scheduling of daily production and shipping
• Production Record Keeping for daily production
• Controlling loss and cost
• Conduct purchasing activities
• Inventory control
• Maintenance of the machinery and the equipment
• Training the people (supervisors and other team members) to help their growth (knowledge and skill)
• Solving the issues by dealing with upper management and supervisors etc.

Work Hour
6:30AM – 3:00PM + Overtime, some Saturday

Work Place
Chino, CA

Wages
Exempt Employer or Non-Exempt
(Based on the experience and responsibility)
54K annual or $16+

Job Requirement
Regally working status in USA
Work experience in food production company at least 3 years AND at least
2 years of lead position experience.
Fluent English speaker
Basic skill of reading and writing English
Knowledge about Food Safety and sanitation

Benefits:
Probation Period : 3 month
After the probation
• Vacation -- 5 days/First year, 10 days/2nd year, 15 days/5 year
