1.QC Basic Technician
[Responsibility / Scope]
• Safety of the products
• Quality of raw material, packaging material and the products.
• QC Record Keeping for daily production
• Maintenance of the laboratory equipment including the calibration
• Continuous improvement of quality
• Solving the quality issues by dealing with upper management and supervisors etc.
• Management of Pest control
• Manage the sensory test
Work Hour
1. 6:00AM – 2:30PM + Overtime, some Saturday
2. 2:30PM – 11:00PM + Overtime, some Saturday

Requirement
Regally working status in USA
Work experience in food production company at least 1 years AND at least
1 years of experience in QA or QC Area.
Fluent English speaker
Basic skill of reading and writing English
Knowledge about Food Safety and sanitation
2.QC Supervisor/SQF Practitioner
[Responsibility / Scope]
• All food laws which related to the products produced / distributed by Myojo USA.
• Safety of the products
• Quality of raw material, packaging material and the products.
• QC Record Keeping for daily production
• Process control comply with all related regulation and from the quality point of view
• Maintain the document based on the requirement by all related regulation
• Training the people to help them to understand the food safety, hygiene, sanitation and company’s quality system
• Maintain the clean manufacturing environment
• Maintenance of the laboratory equipment including the calibration
• Continuous improvement of quality
• Solving the quality issues by dealing with upper management and supervisors etc.
• Management of Pest control
• Manage the sensory test
• All SQF related task like documentation, training, implementation, audit etc. to comply with SQF requirement.
Work Hour
7:30AM – 4:00PM + Overtime, some Saturday

Job Requirement
Regally working status in USA
Work experience in food production company at least 3 years AND at least
2 years of lead position experience in QA or QC Area.
Fluent English speaker
Basic skill of reading and writing English
Knowledge about Food Safety and sanitation
