ASAP, IT Help Desk, OPT, Visa Support

Position：IT Help Desk ( Junior or Senior level)
Start Date: Temp to Hire
Salary: $50K ~ 70 K (DOE)
Benefit: Group of Insurance (health, Dental, Vision)
Work hour: 9-5, M-F
Language: Japanese, English
Operation
a) Technical Support for PCs, printers and phones, etc.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software
- Technical Operation Support in both English.
- PC setup (Windows OS installation, etc.)
- Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email.
b) Documentation for technical support
- User manuals (revise/update)
- FAQ update
Required experience/knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
- Knowledge in Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge in Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
- Knowledge in Antivirus software and its operation for corporate use (Symantec, etc.)
- Documentation using MS Word and Powerpoint, and Excel.
2. Preferred experience/knowledge
- Experience in using ticket systems.
