Shoji at 69 Leonard Streetでは、衛生観念があり、細いところまで気が行き届くパートタイムを募集しています。

お客様を気持ちよく迎えるためのレストランの開店準備（フロアやトイレの掃除含む）、ディッシュ・ウォッシング（漆器や繊細なワイングラスなど特別なケアが必要なもの含む）、食材の梱包資材の解体やゴミ出しが基本の役割となります。

余力があればビールサーバーの管理をしていただきます。将来キッチンの仕事やサービスの仕事に興味があれば、スタッフが喜んでお教えします（まずは野菜のプレップから初めていただくなど）。

力仕事を含むので、体力に自身がある方。10月初旬ごろ開始できる方。

NYCのインドアダイニング営業は9月30日から始まりますが、店内の収容人数を従来の25%以内に抑えながらの開始となるため、私たちも一から新しい気持ちでスタートする予定です。詳細が定まらない部分もありますので、勤務時間やフィーはぜひお問い合わせください。

Shojiは、約10席のハイエンドスタイルの鮨懐石店で、ニューヨークならずアメリカ国内からたくさんの鮨通・日本料理通が集まります。

Who are we:
We are a High-end Sushi and Kaiseki style 10 seat restaurant that prides itself in serving the best dishes and ingredients we can get out hands on. Both Kaiseki and Sushi have a strong foundation in seasonality which we take active steps towards bringing to the table for our guests. Our team may be small, but we are tight knit and motivated. What we are looking for:
A punctual, hard working, and energetic individual with the capacity and desire to learn and grow.Someone who is detail oriented and has a steady and careful hand
An individual who can physically lift items that may be 25lbs+. Someone who has legal working status/ SS#

Job requirements:
Opening Duties (cleaning the bathrooms, mopping floors before service, and helping make the restaurant presentable for service). Washing dishes and hand washing delicate items such as glasses and fragile small dishes.Breaking down boxes and disposing of them with the trash at the end of the night on designated trash days.If able to, help making tab beer and basic kitchen prep (i.e. vegetable preparation)
